On a clear autumn evening I watched the moon rising,

Aye, we are clever, there is no denying,

\nThe ice is fast melting as the temperatures rise,
\nFour horsemen show face, is their time upon us?
\nNo place is there now for the spin doctors\u2019 lies.
\nWe must listen well to those who would tell us
\nThe old path is done, and is now out of date,
\nFor if we do not, our days may be numbered,
\nAnd extinction could well be our ultimate fate.<\/p>\n
\nSlow aeons will crawl by and wipe out all trace
\nOf the creature who, in a blink of time\u2019s eyelid,
\nMoved from the caves and reached out into space.
\nNo worldly hint will remain of our presence,
\nWe treated Earth badly, were laid in our place,
